When dried it has a clear finish, unlike polyurethane products, which will leave a sticky yellowish residue. Worst dryer I have ever owned and the washer that goes with it is even worse than the dryer. Nothing is ever completely dry after the first cycle AND the clothes come out VERY wrinkled.
