I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. March 2026 This is my 4th time purchasing matteress from Wayfair… and my personal 2nd one. I also use a platform storage bed just for knowledge, I have now been sleeping on it for about 7 days. I have to be honest it is comfortable and not foam soft, but it is soft. I am actually adding a boxspring today enforce some stability just for my own wants! I’m 40 a nurse 15yrs) also see chiropractor 3x week and with my firm contour pillow I have to say it helps my neck back pain. I opened it on top of my previous mattress for about 48 hours while waiting getting bedroom together. I also use a mattress protector so I utilize queen deep fitted sheet standard fitted only king for my cheaper sheets. Use the inclosed tool to cut through the first layer of plastic and it begins inflating. Cut through the remaining plastic and listen to the hiss. Remove the plastic and it immediately inflates. This is not one of those mattresses that you need to wait 72 hours to inflate, it’s literally ready to go. If you need a firm mattress that’s not hard, but stiff enough, this is the one.
