This has been a great addition to our cats’ furniture collection! The smalleryounger cat loves to sleep on the flower on top, which is made of something like memory foam, but a bit denser. I imagine it is somewhat self-heating and also helps to hold onto the heat from the window. My largest cat loves the middle level basket. She will curl up in it for hours and has since I took it out of the box. Her sister is terrified of the entire thing and avoids even being near it. I have no idea why. I picked it because it had 3 levels, and they are always together, but it has not appealed to her yet. I have a very senior litty girl who is losing function in her back legs, so she really can't jump. Ordered this for her and she loves it. I've seen her scoot up and down the stairs with confidence. It was easy to put together (pay attention to the directions, you Must build it the way they suggest or you'll have to take it apart and start over). The only complaint I have is that the bed is not balanced and the first time she jumped in it it fell off the back. We just got this and initially it seems that our cat isn’t sure what to make of it. The construction is sound and it’s easy to charge and comes with a use charger. It is easy to clean and quiet. It comes with several extra filters so the water will stay clean. We are happy with the product and are hopeful that our cat will start using it.
