This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors. Installed the system relatively easy. Had to go to a plumbing store to buy different parts to connect to my beverage faucet that was not a Kohler faucet. The only thing that was inconsistent was the picture on the site shows a brass T fitting and the unit comes with a plastic T fitting. This is somewhat deceiving for the price you pay for the unit.
