The quality is excellent for the price. The table and chairs are sturdy and were easy to assemble. Took 2hrs and 2 people to assemble the 12 chairs. All pieces have these intentional grooves/marks. Not sure it adds the character of the piece but it doesnt hurt it either. The leaves are very easy to add and take out and store in the table. With Wayfair, you never know what you're going to get, but this bed is nicer than we were expecting! The headboard and footboard are solid wood and the sides slide in easily. Our king size Sleep Number bed fits great with room for the head and foot to lift.
