The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. Really happy with this chair. It’s very comfortable, looks great in the office, and overall feels like a quality piece. Assembly was pretty straightforward, but one thing worth mentioning when installing the arms, they might look like they don’t line up at first. They actually do. The trick is to loosely screw in one fastener first, then add the others, and tighten them gradually at the same time little by little. Once you do that, everything fits perfectly. These are great chairs. I have two in my office for meetings, and everyone has commented that they are comfortable and attractive. Since they don't have arms, the small meeting table doesn't look like it has a forest of furniture. The beige is more taupe than cream, so the color isn't quite what I envisioned—it's darker and grayer. But overall I'm very pleased.
