Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring. We spend a ton of time enjoying our patio year round and these heaters were put to the test and passed with flying colors. It is NOT a wall insert - it mounts in the floor- I purchased it to mount on the wall and then had to call Wayfair because it does not mount on the wall as advertised. This was a great addition to my sunroom to replace my older 10K btu model that couldn’t keep up with the extreme colder temps (20°Fs and below). This space is not heated so my Mr. Heater acts as the primary source. I only have to turn the setting to 3 to heat the room and then down to 2. The thermostat does a good job shutting the unit on and off as needed. This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. Love the whirlpool. Didn’t think the light in the tub was important but I do enjoy it. Just read the spec sheet before you buy, it needs two gfi to run the light and whirlpool motor.
