Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. Love the whirlpool. Didn’t think the light in the tub was important but I do enjoy it. Just read the spec sheet before you buy, it needs two gfi to run the light and whirlpool motor. Excellent pressure from the JETS and the colors when the lights are on are absolutely amazing. They rotate colors and fill the room with the colorful accents. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
