Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. All parts were organized, and nothing arrived damaged. The kit also included all the necessary hardware, gloves, and clear, easy-to-read instructions. The instruction booklet is laid out well and appears straightforward to follow when installation time comes.
