I purchased this same item 5 years ago for a rental cabin and am purchasing it again for me next one. I didn't want to pay a lot for it, but also wanted it to look good and last, so chose this due to the good reviews. When I had the first one installed the plumber said he had never heard of the brand but was surprised at how good it was. The original brushed chrome still looks beautiful. This hot tub is perfect for our outdoor patio. Even though it's 3 person, you could easily fit a 4th in there. The jets are strong, it was easy for my electrician husband to hard wire straight from our electrical panel. It even has blue tooth speakers built in, which I did not realize when I ordered it. The water heated up really fast - like 4-5 hours, but I am in the south, so our ground water wasn't too cold. The delivery was professional and they put it exactly where I requested. Note - it comes crated/wrapped on a pallet, so either have hand trucks, dollies or pallet jack to move it to where you want it.
