I now can give it a 5 as it is fully installed. The sliding doors are beautiful and there are no leakages. My previous shower had a door which drains on the floor. Ordered on 9 March, arrived later than initially projected on 18 March. Opened up box and and the front frame was cracked from when they installed screws for door.
