Nice quality for the price! Also love the color of the wood planks. You can tell it’s 100 real, solid wood and the hardware is very sturdy. The wheels are heavy duty and will definitely last a long time while out in the elements! I was able to build it by myself and the instructions were fairly easy to follow - did take a while to put together as one person, so it would be much faster with two people. The Y-Latch is a swing latch that provides adjustability to your gate. Designed to work with aluminum gates and is composed of steel, so it will withstand the most extreme weather conditions. This latch is is lockable in two places for extra security and works with 2" posts and 2" uprights.

This Y-latch is just what I was looking for, it is a little bigger then i needed, but it won't work with my gate. the space between the gate and the post is too small. I think you need at least 2in.
