We've only had this for a month or so but so far, so good. The only issue that we've encountered is the rings around the center and right front burner (the bright chrome trim) has started to discolor as a result of food residue falling on them. This oven looks really nice & cooks extremely well! I use Convection Mode mostly & it automatically reduces temperature which is nice. Bake Mode is what I use for desserts, breads & so far I’m happy with that. I have used the air fryer & comes with a basket. Improvements: menu panel is VERY hard to see in the evening- the print is too light. This really needs to be backlit, imo. (The LCD display that shows temp, etc is very bright so I’m not sure why the menu display is so dull) Also it’s missing add a minute button, when you want to add more time to cooking. The oven light goes off after 1 minute, which makes no sense if you want to check on your food while cooking. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. Also a minor annoyance is the knobs slide easy on the shaft. The oven and the other 4 burns are fine, if not for the center burner issue the stove would be rated a 5 star. Rah10. Erie , PA. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the Bespoke Smart Slide-In Gas Range with No Preheat Air Fry Max and True Convection in Stainless Steel is a great looking appliance. It has a very sleek and upscale appearance. The stovetop has a variety of burners in various sizes including a griddle area. The oven is large and includes a variety of features as well. It has a built in air fryer which freed up some counter space for us as we no longer need a countertop model air fryer. I’m all about having better use of available space. The knobs for the stovetop are large and user friendly and the display for the oven is clear and user friendly as well. Both the stove top and oven heat quickly and cook consistently. This appliance can be controlled and monitored through the Smart Things app as well if you choose to use that feature. I did. It was easy to create an account and connect the appliance.. Nonisey.
