I haven't had this long but I have been testing it out this week and so far everything is excellent. I was comparing the cooking times and evenness to my previous toaster oven and this is doing better on the evenness and equal in time. I have not explored all the settings yet but the air fryer for the french fries was excellent. I could put more fries into the "basket" and they were evenly cooked. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off.
