This shower faucet set is AMAZING! It is heavy and made very well. My contractor who installed it for our bathroom remodel was very impressed by the quality and the ease of installation with some extra modification for the sprayer. I did try to call the “24/7” hotline about the loose upper arm, but both phone numbers were inactive.
