I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. Cutting can be done with a skill saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab ultimate adhesive or boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility with the other substrates might need testing. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel and applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, continuous silicone bead all the way around the panel about ½” from the edge to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.
