I was fascinated that the mattress came compressed. And, I followed the directions, and the mattress went from being a tube into a flat mattress that expanded after I removed the plastic wrapping. Although the directions indicated two people for getting the mattress out of the box and released, I was able to slide the box across the floor and then worked it out of the box and followed the directions. Have slept well on it. It is comfortable. It’s firm but not too firm. I don’t like that the corners sink if sitting on the edge. I wish it had a more sturdy edge. I do not think the mattress expanded all the way to the 12” it is supposed to. I would prefer a more firm memory foam top instead of the pillow top it has.
