I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people. Ordered 4 and 2 came in broken. This is also only just the bowl and it does not state that anywhere on here. I spoke with multiple representatives and they also said this should be a full toilet with tank and seat and unsure why I only received a bowl. Joette from resolutions team wants me to keep the broken bowl, give me 25% off to do so and also force me to by tanks with no discount. She states the bowl is the only thing that this photo is showing and I was shipped the correct thing. It may be time to seek new management staff at this point Wayfair is going downhill. Gina.
