Ordered 4 and 2 came in broken. This is also only just the bowl and it does not state that anywhere on here. I spoke with multiple representatives and they also said this should be a full toilet with tank and seat and unsure why I only received a bowl. Joette from resolutions team wants me to keep the broken bowl, give me 25% off to do so and also force me to by tanks with no discount. I recieved my POOLIN today!!! I love it. Interface is extremely user friendly. The User Manual is very well written making it comprehensible. I was able personalize a quilt top immediately, and the stitching reslults were phenomenal. Also, I tested one of the preinstalled fonts, used the USB drive, and the wireless function via institch, which all functioned correctly. I have not tested the sewing function, but plan to. This machine arrived in perfect condition due to great packaging. It came with tools, sewing notions, and some embroidery supplies that can be stored in a very nice case or storage container.
