Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. Very nice piece that solved a hand towel placement quandary, allowing me to place hardware in a thin strip of available wall space. Lovely in chrome. It's also heavier duty than what you can find in standard stores. I've attached some pictures. The style is sleek and modern and constructed entirely of metal. The hardware included is also all metal, except, of course the plastic hollow wall anchors. I'm attaching to drywall so I won't use the included plastic anchors because they are really only designed for light duty use. I can't stand a loose towel bar...especially since fixing it involves removing it, filling the original holes in the wall and repairing and camouflaging the drywall texture, painting your work with a sealer such as Zinsser and then later with the current wall paint. And then, after all that, you'll need to remount the bar in a place far enough away from your original repaired holes to maintain integrity. The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas.
