Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening. So I ordered a sink from Wayfair and it came with dark spots inside the sink all over. I called for return and the lady was keep pushing me to keep the sink and use vinegar and soap to take the stains off of it, but I refused to do that because I didn’t want to damage it further. She tried to convince me at least 17 minutes. Finally when she realized I was not gonna try anything like that she send the return label. After receiving the label I drop the sink at the FEDX. But never received refund. After two weeks I call and the lady name harmony did great job she helped me to get my refund as well as order the new sink. I actually love this sink--it's nice & deep, is easy to keep clean, and looks beautiful in our kitchen. My only issue is that it DOES scratch, even though it claims to be scratch resistant. I have to be very careful about what I use to clean it so that it doesn't scratch. I was using one of those sponges that has a scrubber on one side and it scratched the sink pretty easily. It's not super noticeable, and it doesn't bother me that much, but it's still a little disappointing. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. Beautiful sink and got plenty of comments on it before and just after it was installed. Still think it’s a beautiful sink but does scratch very easily. We used sink for 2 days before sink grid arrived and babied it. It still got one small scratch as cooking utensils were put at bottom of sink. It has subsequently started rusting. It is no larger than a grain of rice but is noticeable. The sink grid helped to cover it up but is still frustrating based on cost. If purchasing, make sure to get the sink grid before using.. Derek.
