The only tool required for an approximately 90-minute assembly of the 2 panels is a cordless drill and a mallet for a no-dig installation (for the harder ground we recommend using an auger). The distance between the panel’s slats is roughly ¾” which makes it perfect for providing you with privacy around patios, decks, or porches while also promoting efficient airflow around air conditioning units. When installed, the distance between the ground and the bottom slat is less than 2 inches meaning dogs, cats, and children will not be able to crawl underneath it. I cannot express how happy I am with this product! It makes sitting on my patio, feel like I have a bit of privacy now. It blocks on a little bit of sun and adds a nice decor to the patio.
