Primeline U 117164

It is a surface-mounted Bobrick-style latch that is designed for use on swing-in partition doors, and it comes complete with a matching keeper and stainless steel fasteners. This latch mounts over a durable, black plastic base with its mounting holes spaced apart. This restroom stall slide latch also features a tension adjustment clip that is embedded within the black plastic mounting plate, concealed beneath the stainless steel surface of the lock. The tension clip can be adjusted to create or reduce resistance between the plastic insert and the metal housing. Setting the amount of force needed to slide the latch from left to right is as easy as bending the clip away from the plastic base to increase the tension, and bending it towards the plastic base to decrease tension. This lock includes a stainless steel set screw and steel Allen wrench required for installation. Toilet partition slide latches like these are used by many and they are easy to install.

The threads on sheet metal screws are designed to pull two materials tightly together. When attaching metal to wood, it is especially important to pre-drill a hole. These stainless steel screws are rust and corrosion resistant.

The slide latch features an "occupied" or in-use exterior indicator that changes from green to red when the latch is engaged, and it displays the green color, or unoccupied state, announcing its availability for use when the door is unlocked. Toilet partition knob sets and latches like these are used to replace broken and missing knob sets of concealed latches used in thick steel door panel systems, which are designed to provide privacy in restroom partition stalls. This latch is a 3-component piece lockset that features a simple snap-together assembly, without the need for any additional fasteners. This slide latch knob set is used by Metpar and many other restroom partition manufacturers, and it is easy to install.

These replacement hardware packs are for use when installing or repairing Prime-Line part MP4013 security bar locks, for patio sliding door security. All fasteners, brackets and miscellaneous installation hardware are included with this item. This is a left-handed diecast casement locking handle with an offset base found on many contemporary casement windows (as viewed for the inside looking out). The mounting holes are positioned offset of the centerline down the base placing them closer to the window frame edge by 13/16 inch from the tip of the lock to the center of the mounting holes. This handle has an attractive finish with mounting holes for the handle assembly and the keeper at 1-1/2 inch apart.

This Chain Door Lock is constructed of steel components and comes in a beautiful, corrosion-resistant, classic bronze finish. Typically these are used on inswing doors that you may want extra security on. With this door guard properly installed you can safely and securely either vent the room or open your door slightly. All the necessary mounting hardware is included for a quick and easy installation. Additionally this can be used as a child safety lock if mounted high enough for your child to not be able to reach.

These pilaster shoe kits are constructed of an 18 ga. steel anchor bracket and a 22 ga., satin finished stainless steel pilaster shoe. They feature a 3 in. tall reach and oval ends. Each bracket is slotted at the horizontal base, on each end for ease of install. The anchor brackets are used to install the pilaster shoes in commercial restroom partitions, and all installation fasteners are included with each kit.
