It is a surface-mounted Bobrick-style latch that is designed for use on swing-in partition doors, and it comes complete with a matching keeper and stainless steel fasteners. This latch mounts over a durable, black plastic base with its mounting holes spaced apart. This restroom stall slide latch also features a tension adjustment clip that is embedded within the black plastic mounting plate, concealed beneath the stainless steel surface of the lock. The tension clip can be adjusted to create or reduce resistance between the plastic insert and the metal housing. Setting the amount of force needed to slide the latch from left to right is as easy as bending the clip away from the plastic base to increase the tension, and bending it towards the plastic base to decrease tension. This lock includes a stainless steel set screw and steel Allen wrench required for installation. Toilet partition slide latches like these are used by many and they are easy to install.

These shower Door bottom seals by Prime-Line Products are constructed of vinyl and come clear in color. They feature water-deflecting flaps that extend 5/16 in. beyond the frameless glass shower door bottoms. These seals mount onto the bottoms of 3/8 in. thick frameless glass shower doors, and fit glass panels that measure up to 36 in. wide. These are slip-on-fit seals and no adhesive is necessary. These seals are used by many shower door manufacturers.

This is a pair of stainless steel hinges used on casement or projecting windows. This type of hinge is used by a variety of window manufacturers of wood or vinyl casement windows. When selecting the correct hinge compare the length of the mounting bracket with the length of the bracket from the window hinge to be replaced. Also note whether there are 4 different bars; 3 actuating bars and 1 mounting bracket.

The threads on sheet metal screws are designed to pull two materials tightly together. When attaching metal to wood, it is especially important to pre-drill a hole. These stainless steel screws are rust and corrosion resistant.
