This reinforcement lock is very good quality. It was very easy to install, although I measured wrong the first time and had to move it. This is a left-handed diecast casement locking handle with an offset base found on many contemporary casement windows (as viewed for the inside looking out). The mounting holes are positioned offset of the centerline down the base placing them closer to the window frame edge by 13/16 inch from the tip of the lock to the center of the mounting holes. This handle has an attractive finish with mounting holes for the handle assembly and the keeper at 1-1/2 inch apart.

These unslotted security barrel nuts are constructed of steel and come in a chrome plated finish. These fasteners are manufactured with #10-24 threads and have a reach of 1/2 inch, with a 1/4 inch outside diameter, and a 1/2 inch head diameter. Unslotted barrel fasteners like these are commonly used with T-27 Torx and one-way tamper-proof shoulder screws in commercial restroom applications. Barrel nuts like these are also known as bolts and Chicago bolts in the fastener industry, and they are designed for use where through bolting is desired with a head on both sides, as commonly used for the installation of restroom stall hardware.
