Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application. This Robern vanity mirror is high quality and fits well over the bathroom vanity. However, my original order requested brushed nickel to be consistent with the bathroom fixtures. Evidently, the manufacturer discontinued this finish but did not communicate the discontinuation. I phoned and Perigold graciously offered the item in polished nickel at the lower cost of brushed nickel. The mirrors are up and look very good but I still would have preferred the brushed nickel. The eclectic piece combines acacia wood with sheet metal and metal tube, accented by a stunning starburst veneer pattern on the top surface.
