This is a heavy-duty pivot hinge set, is satin stamped stainless steel, used on Phenolic and Solid Plastic restroom dividers. The hinges are designed for 3/4 inch to 1 inch thick doors and 3/4 inch 1 inch thick pilaster posts. They use this style of hinge due to the incredible strength they have, for the heavy solid plastic doors. Also known as a bathroom stall roller-bearing hinge set. Fasteners are included.

I would give 5* for this product as I love the look and feel and it works great, but it arrived with a missing screw. Wayfair was very understanding and offered us a partial refund or store credit. This faucet lifts to control the volume (water flow) and turns left and right to control the temperature. Many shower faucets only allow temperature control so if you want flow control as well, this is the one for you. This product is the trim only, i.e. the part that you see and use every time you shower. It does not include the valve (piece that goes inside the wall). You have to buy the valve separately which costs around 60-70 depending on where you get it from. Make sure you get the correct valve. It must be a Moen valve but not all Moen valves will work. For this faucet you need a M-core 3 series valve with 3 ports (if not connected to a bath) or 4 ports (if connected to both a shower and a bath). You also want to make sure you select a valve with the right connection type (PEX vs CCIPS). Your plumber should be able to help you select the right valve but Wayfair should add this information on the product’s description page. Galvanized Steel T-Post has a one-piece, 2-inch diameter center post! This makes the tall center pole stronger and stops the pole from twisting and turning. The 32-inch wide crossbar attaches to the top of the pole and includes eyelet screws to anchor up to 7 lines of clothesline (clothesline sold separately). The galvanized steel is rust-resistant, unlike untreated steel posts. This helps your setup last longer--important since you are concreting it into the ground! Once installed, the top of the 90-inch t-post will be approx. 6.5 feet tall (or lower if installed deeper in the ground). This clothesline pole includes pole endcaps and all hardware necessary to set up a single post (additional posts are sold separately; typically 2 posts are required to set up a clothesline). So hang loads and loads of laundry, one after another or all at once! This fellow can handle it. So you get sun-kissed laundry, a lower electric bill, and an easier time hanging up the laundry. Win.
