This is a heavy-duty pivot hinge set, is satin stamped stainless steel, used on Phenolic and Solid Plastic restroom dividers. They feature water-deflecting flaps that extend 5/16 in. beyond the frameless glass shower door bottoms. These seals mount onto the bottoms of 3/8 in. thick frameless glass shower doors, and fit glass panels that measure up to 36 in. wide. These are slip-on-fit seals and no adhesive is necessary. These seals are used by many shower door manufacturers.

This is a universal break-off link arm that makes it possible to adapt to whatever length link arm is needed when installing a louvre or jalousie operator. Made of cadmium plated steel, it has break-off points between holes every 1/2 in. This allows for a range from 1-13/16 in. to 5-5/16 in. in length. Any one of the lengths in between this range will be adequate for most situations.

These ID key tags are constructed of polystyrene (plastic) tabs and metal clips. The identification tags are oval in shape, and they feature hole at top for hanging purposes. Allows for the east identification of your keys. Each package contains 20 key tags.

This is a steel binder post and screw set used for attaching handles to sliding patio door rails and sliding screen door rails. This is a left-handed diecast casement locking handle with an offset base found on many contemporary casement windows (as viewed for the inside looking out). The mounting holes are positioned offset of the centerline down the base placing them closer to the window frame edge by 13/16 inch from the tip of the lock to the center of the mounting holes. This handle has an attractive finish with mounting holes for the handle assembly and the keeper at 1-1/2 inch apart.

The Prime-Line MP10067 Corner Guard protects the edge of a finished wall corners. They are designed to prevent chipped paint, tearing of wallpaper and unsightly buildup of fingerprints. The wall shield does not have pre-perforated installation holes or tape. Installation of these corner guards requires purchase of dual-sided clear tape, or drilling of installation holes to mount with fasteners. These extended lip latch strikes are constructed of solid brass and come in a polished brass finish. They feature an adjustable tab designed to eliminate the door slop and chatter of closed doors, and they’re installed with two #8 x 1 in. fasteners included with each package. These latch strikes are used by many on wide jambs with decorative molding.
