These horizontal bit key Locksets by Prime-Line Products are constructed of diecast metal and stamped steel components. The housing and keeper come in a black-painted finish, and the door knobs and rosettes come in a brite brass-plated finish to match other existing brass-finished hardware in the home. These types of locking devices are surface-mounted and do not require any mortise pockets to be drilled into the door panel edge. All systems are keyed-alike, and spare keys are available upon special order. Keyed different are not available. These locksets are for use on interior doors only, but they cannot be mounted on doors with pre-bored holes for modern-day door knobs.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This is a left-handed diecast casement locking handle with an offset base found on many contemporary casement windows (as viewed for the inside looking out). The mounting holes are positioned offset of the centerline down the base placing them closer to the window frame edge by 13/16 inch from the tip of the lock to the center of the mounting holes. This handle has an attractive finish with mounting holes for the handle assembly and the keeper at 1-1/2 inch apart.

These replacement hardware packs are for use when installing or repairing Prime-Line part MP4013 security bar locks, for patio sliding door security. All fasteners, brackets and miscellaneous installation hardware are included with this item. This maximum security combination strike is constructed of stamped steel and it comes plated in a satin nickel finish. It features slightly taller latch and bolt openings to accommodate door hardware spaced from 5-1/2 in. to 6 in. from center to center. This security strike is designed to replace the standard (separate) latch and deadbolt strike plates with a one-piece combo plate and up to 5 more screws for maximum security. Installation of this combo strike repairs and strengthens a locked door with six 3 in. long screws that attach to the jack/trimmer stud to help prevent kick-ins. Some mortising and pilot hole drilling may be required for flush install.

Any one of the lengths in between this range will be adequate for most situations.

This is a steel mortise latch assembly, with a 45 degree keyway. It features a diecast keeper and mounting housing, pocket design for wood, vinyl or aluminum doors with a zinc-plated finish. There is no adjusting of the hook lock on this model of mortise lock. The mounting holes are 3-9/16 in. on center, with a latch assembly that fits a 3/4 in. x 4-11/32 in. cut-out.
