This is a heavy-duty pivot hinge set, is satin stamped stainless steel, used on Phenolic and Solid Plastic restroom dividers. The locking twist-knob does not require the key to engage the lock. In order to open the hasp, the twist-knob must be unlocked with one of the two keys that are provided with the lock. This reinforcement lock is very good quality. It was very easy to install, although I measured wrong the first time and had to move it. These T-27 Torx screws are used together with T-27 barrel nuts where tamper-proof installation hardware is preferred. The heads require a specific screwhead to install or remove the typical Torx head cannot be used.
