This is a heavy-duty pivot hinge set, is satin stamped stainless steel, used on Phenolic and Solid Plastic restroom dividers. This is a universal break-off link arm that makes it possible to adapt to whatever length link arm is needed when installing a louvre or jalousie operator. Made of cadmium plated steel, it has break-off points between holes every 1/2 in. This allows for a range from 1-13/16 in. to 5-5/16 in. in length. Any one of the lengths in between this range will be adequate for most situations.

Another option would be to slide in a couple of old credit cards or business cards in between the shelf's edge and the locking tab of the support pegs. This may assist causing the locking tabs to be pressed in by the cards when pushing up on one side of the shelf. Make sure the cards to be used are no longer needed as it is possible they will scratch and no longer be useful. Once the shelf is removed from its supports, the supports can be pulled out from the cabinet and relocated to desired height.

This reinforcement lock is very good quality. It was very easy to install, although I measured wrong the first time and had to move it.
