This is a heavy-duty pivot hinge set, is satin stamped stainless steel, used on Phenolic and Solid Plastic restroom dividers. This lever set has a 1-5/8 in. outside diameter, and it features an overall reach of 2-13/16 inches with a flat, slotted emergency-access knob on the exterior. Lever sets like these are used to replace broken and missing lever and knob sets of concealed latches. This Lever set is used by Sanymetal for use with steel doors, and it is easy to install. Note: Assembly will be permanent upon the first unification of both parts. Attempting to separate the inside and outside knobs once joined may damage the internal push nut component.

These vintage style door levers are constructed of diecast and come in a beautiful finish. They feature a heavy weighted casting design and unique Silencer bushings for smooth operation. This set of levers is designed for indoor use only, and it includes one 2-3/4 inch steel spindle, and one 3-5/8 inch steel spindle with 3/8 inch-20 threads. These French style levers fit 1/4 inch square drive spindle systems commonly found in antique and vintage door hardware sets, and with the two (2) provided square spindles, it can adjust to accommodate doors of different thicknesses. The lever shanks include setscrews for fastening to the square spindles. All other components of matching vintage design must be purchased separately to include the internal mortise lock body, the door rosettes, the trim and strike plates, or the latch and fasteners. Note: These levers cannot be used on pre-bored doors that have large, newer style doorknob holes without first prepping them to receive this older-style hardware. Installation tip: Because the fasteners of the rosettes (purchased separately) require a solid surface to mount to, the large 2-1/8 inch (approximate size) holes must first be filled with a hardening filler, to then be able to receive the rosette fasteners. Products like Fix-It-All and Bondo Body Filler have worked well for some, but care must be used to avoid damaging any prefinished door surfaces during application and finishing.

The faucet adapter Kit includes a snap-on snap-off 2-part faucet adapter and a Y-connector. Part A of the faucet adapter easily connects to a single sink faucet and can remain connected. Part B connects to Part A and to the Y-connector. The 2 split ends of the Y-connector allow connection to hot water and cold water hoses which attach to the washing machine. The snap-on snap-off feature of the faucet adapter allows for a quick one-step process to connect the water supply from the sink faucet to the washing machine. Once the washing machine has completed the laundry cycle, Part B along with Y-connector and hoses can be easily snapped off and removed from the sink faucet. These types of locking devices are surface-mounted and do not require any mortise pockets to be drilled into the door panel edge. All systems are keyed-alike, and spare keys are available upon special order. Keyed different are not available. These locksets are for use on interior doors only, but they cannot be mounted on doors with pre-bored holes for modern-day door knobs.
