This is a heavy-duty pivot hinge set, is satin stamped stainless steel, used on Phenolic and Solid Plastic restroom dividers. This is a left-handed diecast casement locking handle with an offset base found on many contemporary casement windows (as viewed for the inside looking out). The mounting holes are positioned offset of the centerline down the base placing them closer to the window frame edge by 13/16 inch from the tip of the lock to the center of the mounting holes. This handle has an attractive finish with mounting holes for the handle assembly and the keeper at 1-1/2 inch apart.

This is a universal break-off link arm that makes it possible to adapt to whatever length link arm is needed when installing a louvre or jalousie operator. The housing and keeper come in a black-painted finish, and the door knobs and rosettes come in a brite brass-plated finish to match other existing brass-finished hardware in the home. These types of locking devices are surface-mounted and do not require any mortise pockets to be drilled into the door panel edge. All systems are keyed-alike, and spare keys are available upon special order. Keyed different are not available. These locksets are for use on interior doors only, but they cannot be mounted on doors with pre-bored holes for modern-day door knobs.

They feature water-deflecting flaps that extend 5/16 in. beyond the frameless glass shower door bottoms. These seals mount onto the bottoms of 3/8 in. thick frameless glass shower doors, and fit glass panels that measure up to 36 in. wide. These are slip-on-fit seals and no adhesive is necessary. These seals are used by many shower door manufacturers.
