We bought this addition for our ferrets house HOPING it was the right one to fit. It fit like a glove. Our ONLY complaint is that the front panel had the brackets (to attach it to our existing cage) welded on the top, so we had to install it upside down to make it work. The door swings on the left, not the right, which is backwards, but it works. We just turned the latching hardware around to make it lock "right". Thankfully we are handy enough to figure that out.. I absolutely love this birdcage! Its design is perfect to feed & water your birds. Cleaning it is not to much of a chore either. My 6 parakeets love it to. Overall it’s a decent cage. It’s attractive, and I believe my Senegal Parrot (Zazoo) will enjoy it. We are moving to a new house in a different city and hour away. I currently have a high end powder coat cage that has much thicker bars and overall heavier construction. Zazoo turns 25 this year, and we wanted a more affordable cage incase he is near the end of his lifespan. We hope he’ll like his new home. The cage was well-packed and the only damage was to one of the sliding pans. It was dented and chipped, but I’m not concerned. The directions were okay, but I had to look at a photo of the cage for installation of the cage locks. It ended up being very easy. I think for the price, the cage is worth it.. Mark Wilson.
