We bought this addition for our ferrets house HOPING it was the right one to fit. It fit like a glove. Our ONLY complaint is that the front panel had the brackets (to attach it to our existing cage) welded on the top, so we had to install it upside down to make it work. The door swings on the left, not the right, which is backwards, but it works. We just turned the latching hardware around to make it lock "right". Thankfully we are handy enough to figure that out.. It's a decent cage but came with some screws that were not really ideal for putting it together. Also instructions were a little vague but not too hard to figure out and takes longer than 45 minutes to put together even with 2 people even using a power drill. Also power drill is a must since they only made holes on one side of it to put together. Also, there could of been better attachment pieces for the top and bottom without having to add locks on it. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. This is a sturdy and well built stand. I got it for my Timneh and my Congo Grey parrots. It was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. The tray was damaged but I used pliers to “fix” it. Great for international flights. Flew from Texas to Colombia, and back, with my 62lb dog and it met all the guidelines and held up well. This is the Extra Extra Large size It’s very secure once assembled with the bolts and wingnuts, and clamps, that enclose the perimeter of the crate. The wheels were not allowed while traveling but were handy once the crate was disassembled to make it easier to move around. Improvements: - The area where the wheels attach got pretty beat up, would be nice if there was something else to put on top while not using the wheels. - the handles on top are plastic, and although they should be used just to move the top of the crate, one was missing when I returned back to Texas.
