Bought this grill in November 2020. Just stopped working Jan 2023. Supposed to be 3 year warranty. Have contacted customer support and they responded with more questions but after 2 returned phone messages and three reply emails they are not responding. So far not impressed with customer service. The smoker is equipped with a side wood chip loader, so there's no need to open the door to add wood chips during the smoking process. This helps to seal in the heat of the food. Adding a box of wood chips will last for 2-3 hours of smoking, which helps avoid the need for frequent addition of wood chips and is perfect for beginners. And smoker equipped with 2 rear rolling wheels and handle, you can move the smoker as you like wherever you want to use it. And when you are finished using it, it can easily be moved to a corner without taking up space of your patio.

As it relates to this smoker I can attest that this East Oak Smoker does an amazing job. If using all 4 racks remember to offset the meat so you can experience evenly smoked/cooked meat. I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. The quality difference in the Broil King is superior, I get a reliable cook each time and haven't had any issues. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook. 5/5 Stars – Easy to use, great space, minor seal issue I recently bought the MAISON BACKYARDS Vertical Electric Pellet Smoker and overall I’m really happy with it. The vertical design with four adjustable racks gives plenty of space to cook multiple items at once. The LED temperature control is simple and holds steady, and the included meat probe is a nice bonus. The water and wood trays also help keep the meat moist and flavorful without much effort. My only complaint is the front glass seal isn’t as tight as it should be, and I’ve noticed some smoke escaping. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of.
