The kit includes four pieces of 48 in. window sill trim and four corner blocks. The FlexStone Window Sill Trim is intended to be used with FlexStone wall surrounds only.

There were a few hairline cracks in the large pieces of Flexstone but the contractor thinks he can work around those. The glue was a total loss but we purchased some locally for our project.(A piece of cardboard at the tips would have saved the glue)the top of the box was smashed. TEC caulk colors are available in 10.3 oz of tubes of sanded and unsanded textures. The sanded caulk is a siliconized acrylic latex formula with a rough texture. This would work well where you are trying to match rougher textured applications such as brick or stone. Unsanded caulk has a smoother finish. Common places to use this siliconized acrylic latex unsanded caulk is against backsplashes in the kitchen, along bathtub surrounds, windows and more. The unsanded tends to be easier to clean because of its smooth surface.

Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty.
