This is a Chinese made filter! Do not buy unless the inlet and outlet hook ups have American Standard adapters! A 2 inch pipe does not fit into the fittings! I've had mine for several years and have been very pleased with it in the last month I've had an issue with it reading a code of F1 and F2 and when I got to talk to somebody from Bissell they said that the machine is no more made and they couldn't help me with figuring out the issue I have to take it in for service other than that it's worked great and it still works now just replace the filters.
