The LG dehumidifier works quite well. It's modern-looking, has a customizable humidity setting and a sensor that turns off the unit once the desired humidity level has been reached. It also senses when the bucket is full and when to clean the filter which is very easy to do. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. The diverter replacement was great. Originally ordered it for the shower remodel and it came in but the diverter was damaged a d reordered a new set only to find several pieces were missing in the box. Ordered the diverter by itself and received it quick then the 3rd set we ordered finally arrived arrived about 4 weeks late. We ordered from Delta directly, ordered one from the showroom and ordered one online just to get the shower done and see which venue would get it to us first.
