This is an absolutely massive refrigeratorfreezer combo! Delivery took quite a while, but that’s expected with how big it is. It took a full delivery truck and 2 guys to unload it, they very nicely and carefully got the box inside our garage for us. Unboxing took a while, the wheels were sitting on a wooden platform and was impossible to get out from underneath without hammering the wood to pieces. The wheels on this unit are so convenient to move it around because it is HEAVY. It has 2 refrigerated areas and one freezer, it performs wonderfully but is quite noisy when it’s running. I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better. This was delivered well packed with no damage to the product. All hardware was included. I need to note there is not a plate included with this although the instructions include installment for one.
