I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. Heater works well on our patio. We've used it several times already. The heat distribution is even and instant. We like the fact that it has a HIGH and LOW setting. The low setting provides enough heat in our covered patio area for chilly mornings and evenings. I think we'll be able to use the HIGH setting possibly in the winter time! This is a great heater!. This class 2, UL & cUL listed enclosed electronic transformer is the perfect solution for wiring multiple low voltage fixtures. Class 2 transformers are intrinsically safer transformers because they are compartmentalized to allow no greater than 5 amps of current to be drawn on each compartment. Enclosure cover is easy to remove. The transformer has knockouts on three sides with clips for line voltage wiring. Secondary wiring for class 2 transformers does not require conduit sheathed cable or clamp wiring techniques. This transformer has a low minimum load requirement of 1W to allow the use of LED products. Maybe dimmed using an electronic low voltage dimmer.
