This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. This toilet exceeded expectations. The design is sleek and modern, and the skirted base gives it a very clean, high-end look in the bathroom. The Universal Height is comfortable, and the one-piece construction makes cleaning much easier. Performance-wise, it’s excellent. The flush is powerful and efficient while still using only 1.28 GPF, which is a great balance. The CEFIONTECT glaze really makes a difference—everything stays cleaner with less effort. The WASHLET+ integration is seamless, with no exposed hoses or wires, which keeps the overall look very polished.
