They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens. Luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel's outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

These shower doors are nice very very heavy when delivered left outside my door steps had to get a stranger too help bring inside then Unpack just to make sure the glass wasn’t crack and all parts were in the box very nice quality and sturdy .The doors are just as pictured The glass is clear and frameless when assembling the handles on the shower doors I thought both went the same outside but instead one handle goes inside which I didn’t see that look in picture according to instructions I don’t like the look it being inside the shower door but their is a black piece that comes with the handles that covers the metal on back so you don’t see that showing I still highly recommend these shower doors for their stability.. I would give these doors 5 stars for the thickness of glass and quality but because the instructions left a lot to desire and difficult to assemble correctly causing friction between the two doors and hard to roll.
