They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens. Well I have ordered more than 3 of this kind of sliding doors in the past and this one in particular has the security guard to close the doors properly. Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet. I haven't installed this yet, but it seems to be of good quality. However, the installation instructions are almost worthless!
