The vacuum was $999 on another site so I tried Wayfair. The description was confusing as to what attachments came with it and for that reason I give it 4 stars. The vacuum is perfect. I did end up buying a turbo power head from another site (having to buy a power head separately is pretty standard with these high end vacuums). On 2/7/2025, a horrific accident occurred in my home involving this product: the sliding glass door shattered and injured my 14-year-old granddaughter while she was taking a shower; she was rushed by ambulance to the nearest Emergency Room. I have attached pictures to alert potential customers of the dangers. This was an extremely traumatic ordeal for my family. I contacted Wayfair to notify the company of the incident on 2/8/2025, I was assured that someone would contact me within 5 business days and was given an apology. On 2/13/2025, I contacted the company again since no one had reached out to me, and I spoke to Mitch C, who once again apologized and promised that someone from Wayfair’s Claims department would contact me in 5 business days, he followed up with an email with his phone number if I had any questions or didn’t hear back from the claims department. On 2/21/2025, I still had not heard back from anyone at Wayfair so I called once again and spoke to Mitch C, However, this time he seemed annoyed that I was contacting he asked why I hadn’t sent an email to the claims department and that he would once again “help me” and “expedite” my complaint to the correct department for resolve. One 3/21/2025 and you guessed it NOT ONE SINGLE person from Wayfair has called to rectify this matter.
