Excellent grill. These are packaged well considering all the parts included. The outside of the box was worse for wear but inside everything was immaculate. Putting it together was simple. 10mm hex socket and ratchet and a Philips screwdriver is about all that is needed for install. Make sure if you have cast iron grids they are seasoned properly. The frame and glass doors look very nice and function well. The towel bar is longer than it should be (there is a gap between the glass and towel bar base in the first picture) and the bar should be pre-cut by the manufacturer to match the width of the glass door. Sliding door push handles are too tight to install even a vinyl shim was torn apart (the 2nd picture). I finally used two double sides tape to hold the handles onto the glass door and it works fine.. The base cabinet was pretty beat up. Unfortunately I’ve come to expect this on large shipped items. Assembly was not so bad and the grill looks good from the front. This is my first Napoleon grill and so far very pleased. I have owned a number of other grills and the way the two heat and cook creates a bit of a curve as the under the hood temp on the Napolean reads much hotter than the last grill.
