I like the Design, Spacious Interior, and Quiet Operation. After comparing several counter-depth refrigerators, I decided to purchase the LG STUDIO SRFB27S3, and I'm very happy with my decision. The biggest surprise was how spacious the interior is. Even though it's a counter-depth model, the storage capacity is excellent. The shelf layout is well designed, making it easy to organize groceries, large containers, and beverages without feeling cramped. The design is another standout feature. The clean, modern look fits perfectly in our kitchen, and the PrintProof stainless steel finish does a great job resisting fingerprints, making it easy to keep clean. Performance has also been excellent. The refrigerator cools quickly, maintains a consistent temperature, and operates very quietly. We hardly notice it's running. The ThinQ app is a nice bonus, allowing me to monitor the refrigerator remotely. The only adjustment was getting used to the internal water dispenser and ice maker. At first, I preferred an external dispenser, but after using it for a while, I actually appreciate the cleaner appearance and the extra storage space inside. Overall, this refrigerator offers an excellent combination of style, functionality, and performance. The quality is really good for the price point! We decided to find the glass that worked and then build our shower around the size of the door. We did have some broken parts arrive and Wayfair handled it very well and took care of us. Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. We expect it to last many years (at least a decade), and it also helps reduce water usage since one flush is usually enough.
