They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens. Happy with the final result. I used AI agent to confirm the dimensions would work in my space, and even so, the sliding door was not going to fit. Made it work without the sliding door (see photos). All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water..
