I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. My husband had to modify them to make everything fit properly. Overall Once installed it works great and feels like a huge upgrade to our bathroom.
