I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Less sturdy as my old stove. There is no handle to open the bread drawer at the bottom. It is difficult to use the drawer. Currently looking for another handle to add to the bread drawer.
